Purchasing Wholesale from Innomark, Inc.
The basic requirements for companies to purchase InnoMark products on a wholesale basis are as follows:
Be an established company with links to the natural health marketplace and tell us how, where and to what customers or market segments your company intends to sell our products.
Have the financial wherewithal to consistently make bulk purchases over an established time period.
Meet our requirements for initial, prepaid amounts of InnoMark products. To become a distributor (usually selling health food products), we require that you purchase case quantities. To become a distributor, you need to commit to regular orders of $1,000 US or more to qualify. There is a $1,000 minimum order to qualify for distributor pricing. To qualify for wholesale pricing, one must order in case lots.
Provide us with credible monthly and annual sales estimates.
There are other minor requirements, but we will send them to your company after we determine if yours is a serious company, dedicated to succeed in the wholesaling opportunity we offer. We receive dozens of requests for wholesale pricing every week and carefully select only enthusiastic companies that demonstrate that they will sign on with every intention of making a success of the endeavor.
If your company in not in the United States, we can and do offer our products for export. The determination of your local import or other local restrictions and shipping information would necessarily be your company's responsibility. We can and will facilitate many export operations as much as possible.
We require a signed wholesale distributor agreement with approved companies.
