What SQF Certification Means for Your Brand
SQF (Safe Quality Food) is a food safety standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). Many retailers, distributors, and private label programs require their manufacturers to hold a GFSI-recognized certification before they will take on a new product. When you work with an SQF certified co-packer, that requirement is already met.
SQF certification also means an accredited third party audits our food safety system every year, including our HACCP-based food safety plans, supplier approval, allergen control, sanitation, traceability, and recall readiness.
